Church Elders
The Elders give spiritual oversight in accordance with God’s Word. Working with the minister and MCCC staff, they give guidance and direction for the congregation as MCCC seeks to carry out the mission of making Disciples for Christ’s Church. As shepherds of God’s flock, they tend to the spiritual welfare of the congregation. Enabling them, as Paul writes in Ephesians 4:12-13:
to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
